Daily Sizzle: Why I didnt watch the oscar’s

The newest and first feature of Fajitamonday is the Daily Sizzle. (Do
NOT count on seeing one everyday) The Daily Sizzle is where us here at FM, rant, rave, hate, and date pretty much anything we want.

1) I’ve seen two of the movies nominated (WALL-E and Dark Knight)

2) The complete lack of a nomination for Nick Cannon in whatever he did in the past oscar year.

3) Chris Brown wasn’t there to beat his girlfriend.

4) This.

5) I’ve generally [in a good year] only seen a handful of the oscar nominated films.  I used to be way more into it, back when I knew people who had oscar parties and such.  But the only oscar party I had last night was watching the gay witch hunt episode of The Office.

6) I’m going to take this time to awknowledge my newfound love for Netflix Instant.  It’s really the first invention that has opened my eyes to the wonderful world that we live in.  With the advent of Netflix Instant, I’d give it 5 years before we all have flying cars.  I mean, the jetson’s didn’t have netflix instant.  THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE INTERNET.  Ever notice that?  They weren’t so futuristic afterall….which would you rather have, the most dangerous dog walking treadmill ever, or THE FUCKING INTERNET.

fine. have fun on your treadmill.. jerk.

6a) AND ANOTHER THING.  Does anyone else think that below the line of the clouds, at the base of all of the jetson style homes.  It’s just inhabeted by a giant tent city.   Where millions of hobo’s scour the nuclear scorched earth for the last of its valuable resources.  Movie Idea:  We have 2 hours of this epic post-nuclear war drama/thriller.  Where this family is trying to find the last remaining eutopia on earth so they can repopulate and live normal lives.  Then at the end of the movie, they find this elevator.   They take it to the top floor and ring on a doorbell.  Then Geroge Jetson answers the door! (As a cartoon ofcourse) END OF MOVIE.

Did anyone else notice that I hadn’t thought of what I was going to write for my Daily Sizzle?
